So, where shall I begin with? From, how I got to know about job vacancy in Myntra? How I reached them? Or about my SEO interview?!… Although whatever, if you are in SEO domain this must be your dream company. Dot that! And somehow finally, I grabbed my hold of the dream!
To begin this tale, I should roll back five months from now. As I did mention, it was really the crucial time hunting for an SEO job. By multiple strategies, I came to know that Myntra had a vacancy for an SEO Manager via LinkedIn. I know my qualification and experience; so kept my mouth shut. But, after a couple of minutes I was caught up with a thought, why I should waste a chance?! Sending a mail will never be a suicide attack! Isn’t it? Later, I slowly came on contemplations about Myntra and its brand value. And, started exploring so many awesome reasons for ‘my mission to Myntra’!
And honestly speaking, they just redefined the Workplace. Not only by looks, but also in all bases that begins with equity.
So one Helluva yeah for everything! After a long wait, from the mail conversation with HR till the final HR interview. It’s a dream come true moment! Deem me! My “Mission to Myntra” is been succeeded.
I remember it, it was on thirteenth of December I finalized everything with the HR and snatched my offer letter from Myntra. And I was at home that time, after confirming the mail again and again that pointed me as an SEO Consultant(Just to make sure myself)… Pinched zoom in my browser window to see the Myntra logo in the offer letter. Ran high nuts to the upstairs for having this a print-out copy!
Showed it to my parents and that was a ‘more than words’ moment to see the bliss on my parents face. I have given them several disappointments with my poor academic performance and now I feel, finally I made them feel happy and got succeeded in constructing my own life track.
And, 15th December 2014- Probably, the best Monday I ever had in my life span. My joining day with Myntra.com! Woke up at six and rushed to the Sony Center Bus Stop, reached Silk Board and took an auto.
Also, now only I got the jam-packed trust on online shopping sites. Yippee! Gonna enjoy special discounts and beat up bengaluru chills! 😉

- It’s an Awesome eCommerce Company and recently acquired by the big fish – Flipkart.com. So that, the Knowledge transfer would be no treacherous! And so there could be no doubts further.
- Through friend connections, I came to know that it has some excellent work culture and unlike other companies, it gives us chance to do some real-time experiments and seek new opportunities!
- It’s ultimately a Fashion store, So that I can look good and get upgraded.
